- Use your Sharp Analytical Skills to help us support, compile and report key information! Create, enhance, and maintain budget or financial planning models, surveys, benchmarks. Evaluate, interpret and analyze data and business process and analyze/monitor new, routine and ad hoc reports.

- Provide support when compiling and reporting information and assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources. Support short term operational activities. This role demands expert level knowledge on system design in complex DWH.

- The candidate should have supported large data warehouse applications and should have hands on experience of data profiling using SQL queries.

- An excellent communication and interpersonal skills are desired.

Qualification :

- At least bachelor degree in computers or equivalent experience in IT systems

- Minimum of 3.5 years in system analysis and designing enhancements of large DWH

- Sound knowledge of DWH implementations and DWH terminologies

- Hands on experience of writing system design and analysis documents

- Hands-on experience on writing SQLs in complex database environments

- Hands-on experience on navigation of Unix file system and profiling large data files

- Hands on experience on data profiling- Healthcare domain knowledge is good to have

- Strong communication and presentation skills- Excellent analytical, problem solving and data analysis abilities

- Ability to Work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure team work & coordination

- Should be flexible with the working hours as candidate needs to closely work with the US counterparts

Responsibilities :

- Research complex functional issues logged by business teams

- Gather and prepare analysis based on information from internal and external sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency.

- Act as Liaison between business analysts and technical teams

- Write mapping documents and design specifications as needed- Review test cases created by QA team and help them to provide full coverage to the test scenarios

- Create a detailed impact analysis document and explain technical teams scope of work

- Create high quality process documents

Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field 1+ year of experience in business/finance analysis collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations to management required. Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

- Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, bench-marking and / or evaluation of business processes required. Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required. Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures.
