Job Description - Responsibilities
- Gather, understand and analyze requirements using interviews, existing document analysis
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and end Users, analyse and identify functional requirements
- Write clear functional specifications with acceptance criteria and to create supporting artefacts including process descriptions, use cases scenarios and workflow / swim lane representations
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish Business requests from underlying needs and problems
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously
- Work together with the Product Manager, act as bridge and liaison between Business and IT teams, translating needs and requirements into Product Backlog Items.
Expectations:
- Regular update meetings with internal team/customers.
- Experience is taking up discussions with customer staff & Leadership.
- Can deliver tactical artifacts; BRD, UAT Scripts, Demo etc.
- Aware of SDLC cycles & can provide guidance at each step based on Business needs.

Qualification - Minimum Job Requirements:
- College Degree
- Business Analyst experience documenting requirements for a software technology solution (1 - 3 years)
