Roles & Responsibilities :
- Individual with expertise in eliciting high-level business requirements and creating specification.
- Liaise with the business team to collect, analyze, document business and functional requirements and propose functional design.
Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
- Can independently facilitate user groups and drive consensus.
- Liaise with development and testing teams during all steps of software development lifecycle to provide necessary support in understanding requirements.
- Ability to provide and review estimates at the project level.
- Understands the project schedule and plans/prioritizes the work schedule for a team and meets time deadlines consistently.
- Delivers all assigned tasks on time/ahead of time with expected quality and under budget.
- Take ownership of projects assigned with successful deliveries, to recognize and escalate situations as deemed necessary.
- Address and resolve all issues utilizing the available resources in a timely and proficient manner.
- Will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders of the project
- Create Use cases specifications that can be understood by technologists for building software design and QA teams for purpose of test design, scenarios and creating tractability matrix
- Change management support to the business and the development team.
- Assist the business / testing team in UAT/functional testing.
- Prepare training manuals
- Train the trainer/ champions/end users
Key accountabilities :
- Define Business analysis strategy and requirements roadmap
Verify and validate requirements :
- Ownership of the deliverable SDLC & Project Management
- Awareness of project management approaches and techniques.
- Experience in full life cycle implementation (SDLC) of projects
- Familiar with industry best-practice approaches to the design, implementation, operation and management of IT systems (e.g. Agile, Waterfall etc.)
- Must have prior experience in leading Business Analysis teams
- Good documentation skills

Qualification : Required Qualifications :
Post Graduate Degrees: MBA or equivalent (Desirable)
Graduation Degrees: MBBS/ B. Tech or equivalent
Professional certifications (Desirable but not mandatory): CBAP, HL7
Domain Knowledge : Minimum experience of 9+ years in the field of healthcare provider segment business consulting.
- Must anticipate customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them.-
- Must be able to review and respond to RFP/RFI/RFQ/EOI's etc.
- Must be able to serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.
- Should be able to solve complex problems and develops innovative solutions.
- Must be able to perform complex conceptual analyses.
- Must be able to review work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Should be able to lead functional or segment teams or projects.
- Must be able to motivate and inspire other team members.
- Must be well-versed with and be able to lead efforts in FRS documentation, preparing process and information flow diagrams and coordinating with several groups to drive the functionality of the application
- Sound knowledge of HIS/EMR with International coding and data interoperability standards like ICD, SNOMED, DRG, HL7 etc.
- Good understanding of Hospital and Health Insurance industry in both public and private sector
- Familiar with key healthcare indicators and industry best practices
- Previous technical experience will be an added advantage
- Exposure to international market like US, Middle East, Australia, India, Singapore etc., in the space of interoperability, population health management, etc.will be an added advantage
Prerequisites :
- Should have executed atleast 1 HIS/EMR project for Any Market in last 2-3 years of his service
- Should have been part of major healthcare- IT implementations like HIS, EMR, PMS etc.
- Should have minimum 5 yrs. Experience in Healthcare Industry (desirable)
- Should have worked on at least 3-4 major solutions design.
- Must have excellent and effective oral and written English communication skills to speak with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Should have understanding of the requirements engineering process.
- Hands on experience of collecting and documenting business requirements, use cases and business flows.
- Strong data analysis, modeling and prototyping skills.
- Excellent client facing skills and the ability to work/communicate with clients/stakeholders to develop and interpret business requirements is essential
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should be proactive, enthusiastic and great team player.
