Job Description :

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage projects or strategic initiatives aligned to Optum Operations or the Hyderabad site. Ensure alignment with the program team or project sponsors during all stages of a project (project initiation to closure)

- Ensure governance cadence is established for all ongoing projects

- Conduct monthly leadership business review meetings, track action items and ensure regular updates are provided on open action items or risks

- Put together key business performance reports / presentations for the Sr. Leadership

- Manage critical / high profile client visits or people events at OGS

- Work with leadership to create & manage agenda for the visits / event.

- Work with multiple stakeholders from Operations & support functions to put together presentations for the visit / event.

- Work with the support teams to manage logistics & communications at the respective sites.- Manage seat allocation, utilization and planning for Hyderabad.

Qualification :

Experience :

- 5 to 8 years of overall work experience out of which

- 2-5 years of experience in managing / coordinating projects or, 2-5 years of experience in delivery operations with experience in running strategic/transformational initiatives for the function

- 1-2 years of experience in a reporting or analytics role-

Educational Qualification / Certifications :

- Post Graduate / Graduate in any discipline (preferably commerce)- PMP / Prince2 or Six Sigma Green belt certification would be preferred

Skills / Competencies :

- Should possess strong business & financial acumen- Proficient at the use of MS Office suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS projects)

- Good analytical / reporting skills- Strong communication skills
