Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a Key BSL contact for Asset Management coordination & with RCO team.
- Monitor and Govern compliance ensuring that all software compliance requirements are being met and kept up-to-date
- Raise request for all needed hardware/software for the TS employees, Effectively act as a communication point for new process and initiatives being introduced
- Assist operations on various requests thru the Service Request Center to fulfill the requests
- Create, issue and maintain Phone Inventory for the process-Create / provision, maintain and manage access to various tools
- Coordinate with project teams and support functions facilitating provisioning for new joiners
- Coordinate with internal team further to support business on raising request through Service Request Center /Apps store for Software installation.
- Carry out various MIS related tasks related to Work Force Management and management reporting.
- Would be involved in organizing organization wide events/activities.
- Would be involved in day to day activities assigned, Helping the supervisors and ITO leaders in various other activities.
- Working extensively on MS Excel and also using MS office.
- Would be involved in Employee & contractor onboarding.
- Work on various reports for maintaining them for Quality Audit purpose.
- In addition respective employee should have very good communication skill as he/she will be going to handle Induction for entire HYD location from BSL part.
- He/She will have to coordinate on end to end academy onboarding part and will have to take complete ownership.-Assist with seating utilization and maintains, Seating MIS.

Qualification/Requirements :
- Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Computer science preferred, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
- Good knowledge of and experience in PeopleSoft, software compliance, time entry/approval, tools used would be an added advantage, Excellent command of English language, both verbal & written
- Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project; Familiar with SharePoint or SharePoint like applications
- Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff
- Open to work in in Flexible / extended shift timings
- High learn ability skills, for becoming adept at usage tools and ability to correlate with the extended work groups
- Flexible and adaptable to a constantly changing work environment and roles.
- Ready to take up any adhoc tasks from within the WMO Team, Analysis & Interpretation of various reports.
