Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities :
- This is an SG 29 role supporting our Commercial International business as opposed to just Sales and Business Development
- Portfolios to expand further from above and include SI&T Delivery, Client Engagement, BPO Emerging Markets Solutioning and other revenue generating businesses in India
- From NCR the locations to expand further from above and include India ( Tier 2 Client Delivery regions like Maharashtra, Haryana, Andhra etc.) and Middle East to begin with.
- Potential expansion can be considered to SE Asia and Africa.
- The primary focus will to enable commercial success in India.
- This will require managing multiple complex programs reviewing our People Policies & Processes, C&B, Talent landscaping given rural and semi urban areas, Hiring Process and Approach / Cost, Employment models given projects/program seasonality and context of an India P&L Business
- Lead the integration of the UHCI/UHCP business into OGS, preliminary due diligence in partnership with COEs, has just been completed
- Help set up and scale our ME presence Dubai, Qatar, UAE. This effort has been kicked off with the COEs, and require significant heavy lifting on talent mapping (key skills to be incubated there local/expat), market study of comp/benefits in partnership with Chad (TR), employment models in consultation with ER, Legal, PRO and Global Mobility etc.
- Support Core Annual Processes for the Business like Comp Planning, Talent Management, & Performance Management Programs
- Design and Deliver Employee Engagement and touch point programs
- Serve as the HC Lead for all key bid opportunities in the commercial spaceo- Consult with seasoned leaders - 3 SG 32s, 1 SLT, 5-7 SG 31s etc.

Qualification - Desired profile :
- 10 - 12 years Human Resources generalist experience with expertise in all Human Resources functional areas with a strong emphasis in organization development/effectiveness and leadership development
- Graduate with preferably a Masters degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Experience in supporting Human Capital delivery for a Business group not less than 3000 people
- Experience working in Highly Matrix Environment
- Experience working in a Human Resources function with a shared service delivery and strategic business partner model strongly will be preferred
- Strong Experience and expertise in working on Excel, PowerPoint and other tools to manage various data needs
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Strong history of quickly gaining credibility and partnering with business leaders
- Ability to make recommendations and decisions supported by quantitative data - Demonstrated project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
