Job Description - Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall CRM enhancement strategy through effectively evaluating and implementing functionality to meet and exceed end-user requirements.
- Implement solutions that are cost effective and maintainable.
- Actively manage enhancement process including but not limited to closely interacting with business owners and Salesforce.com department resources through entire enhancement process.
- Fully understand CRM application and how each business unit may benefit from the application.
- Continually update knowledge of Salesforce.com through interaction with Salesforce.com Customer Success Manager and proactively manage Salesforce.com version releases.
- Communicate with end-users via Video, Email, or in a group setting or one-on-one to respond to specific requests, address system issues or provide insight into system functionality.
- Educate business owners on the benefits of Salesforce.com and how Salesforce.com could address business needs or improve business processes.
- Manage and lead a Salesforce Team.
- Project Management of Partner Relationship Management (PRM), and Chatter rollout and adoption.
- Facilitate and own Salesforce technical design documents for complex integrations
- Continually develop relationship with CRM vendor to ensure that Lifesize is provided with the highest level of service
- Hands on configuration / customization of the Salesforce product

Qualification - Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience with at least 3+ years of- Salesforce/CRM tools and Sales Operations functions within large scale (Fortune 1000) environments.
- Effectively communicates with business owners and users concerning proposed and existing system functionality
- Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, supporting integrations between core ERP /HRMS (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, other), or CRM and third party systems.
- Experience with all phases of the systems development lifecycle.
- Technical experience with Visualforce and APEX an advantage but not required.
- Hands on experience with report writing, data management/data manipulation and Dashboards
- Negotiation skills to manage and prioritize a variety of end user enhancement requests
- Project management skills to ensure proposed functionality is implemented in a timely manner
- Ability to work effectively as a member or leader of cross functional teams
- Effective multi-tasking skills to address simultaneous diverse needs.
- Lead Administration experience
- 401 & 201 certification is preferred.
