Job Description :

- Provide support for analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise reporting applications

- Analysis of report requirements, development of technical specifications, and creation of reports

- Explores the data and discovers patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies and trends.

- Produce timely, efficient and high quality deliverables

- Ensure requests are completed within defined SLAs

- May perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms.

- Assist in report presentations in a clear and concise manner

- Participate in system wide initiatives to improve efficiency and reach company goals and objectives

- Evaluates internal and external customers needs and abilities in order to provide appropriate solutions.

- Advises executives on how BI (processes, practices and technologies) play a critical role in improving business management and optimization.

- Provides general production and operational support, as required

- Provides design support for the development of business intelligence solutions.

- Other duties as assigned

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics specialized training/certification or equivalent work experience.

- 8+ or more year of Business Analysis or related technical experience.

- Basic Statistical knowledge preferred.

- Familiarity with American Healthcare Insurance domain

- Experience in leading teams

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

- Strong analytical skills

- Able to construct basic SQL queries

- Understanding of relational databases, data mining, and warehousing.

- Ability to ask probing questions to determine the desired outcomes for report requests

- General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

- Demonstrate understanding of how security influences data access and report distribution.

- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.

- Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business requirements, and to efficiently acquire and utilize new skills in response to such change

- Must be able to work in an environment where critical time constraints exist
