Job Description :

- This position will provide in-depth financial reporting and analysis, ensuring best practices. Review and synthesize financial data to prepare various analytics and metrics for presentation to senior management and external constituencies.

Responsibilities to include :

- Develop, implement and maintain processes and procedures for accurate and timely analysis of financial data, ensuring best practices

- Develop and maintain internal control structure and procedures for financial reporting, Resolve high level financial reporting issues

- Manage the audit process and work with outside auditors regarding accounting and reporting issues

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of internal and external reporting ensuring the quality, reliability and timeliness of the reports

- Provide operational and technical accounting expertise to ensure compliance with GAAP, Company policies, rules, regulation and laws

- Summarize findings on the monthly, quarterly or annual reports to senior management, auditors and regulators

- Coordinates and supports the Company's strategic and operational planning;-Support various special projects as required. Job

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.CA/CPA/CWA or other equivalent licensure or certification is required

- 12 -15 years demonstrated progression in Record to Report Domain (GL, Closing & Reporting, FP&A, etc. 5 - 8 years supervisory experience handling R2R processes

- Should have handled 50- 80 Team members Hands on experience on managing complex financial reporting processes and preferably with an experience of migrating such processes offshore

- Strong working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS/SOX, ability to effectively use accounting knowledge to collaborate with varying levels of employees and senior management to drive sound business decisions.

- Excellent PC skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Sharepoint, Essbase are required while Cognos, Hyperion and other financial reporting tool would be a good to have

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced analytical and information gathering skills, ability to evaluate and prioritize extensive detailed data

- Hands on experience in working in an ERP environment (preferably People Soft, if not SAP or Oracle)

- Responsible for strategy & execution of the Operations to ensure that the business expectations & SLAs are constantly met / exceeded.Operates largely independently in meeting defined business objectives and goals. Performs complex tasks and participates in complex cross-area/function activities.

- Deploy a continuous improvement framework and constantly look for ways & means of driving efficiencies & enhanced controllership.

- Build in-house Domain / Process / Product expertise related to Medical Accounting & Regulatory Reporting Build a strong team, drive employee engagement practices, Talent Management and drive employee Retention.

- Should constantly focus on career pathing & succession planning.Create centers of Excellence - build expertise, standardize processes, share best practices across business segments.Work with the Practice & Transitions team in ensuring seamless transitions.

- Partner with the Practice & Relationship Management team in identification of new growth opportunities.

- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction scores.Manages effective internal/external work relationships within own area of responsibility, builds business relationships in the wider group or unit.

- Demonstrate flexibility and manage time-zone differences, effectively.Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders, Establish strong working relationships with Onsite leads and key stakeholders
