Critical Skills Required :
- Bachelors degree, Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, Adobe Acrobat-Attention to detail-Excellent analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Ariba, P2P/Supply Chain Management, Contract Management processes
- Knowledge of the Contract Types, Renewal process-Ability to manage work activity and fast
- Health Care Industry experiences a plus.
- Demonstrated Functional testing & QA experience-Excellent communication skills

Details of Responsibilities / Purpose of Job :
The position of Contract Administrator will be responsible for :
- Maintain and develop a contract database and ensuring availability of all executed contracts managed by ES&P within the database.
- Plan and carry out Contract Administration and its related activities Audit contract attributes like contract terms, pricing and payment schedule, ensuring compliance and contract landscape reporting Preparing monthly reports and dashboards
Performance Metrics Management and Reporting Activities :
- Investigates non- standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
- Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others Respond to and follow up Contract enquiries by GMB, telephone, and Emails or support incidents
- Monitor and report contract Management reporting needs and related activities, Administer relevant management information.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
