Good understanding of ASC 740(FAS109).Good experience in preparation of form 1120,1120-PC,5471. Knowledge of state regulation for the preparation of state income tax returns (MN,LA,GA,FL,PA,MD etc). Prior experience in tax software Onesource will be preferred.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

The candidate should be a B.com, MBA(Finance) with 3-8 years of experience in US corporate tax
