Technical Skills :
- Excellent facility management skills and ability to manage situations that involve cross functional stakeholders and tight time lines .

- Ability to identify and deliver new ideas to address key business issues & proactively keep their specialist skills and knowledge at leading edge standard

- Communication and persuasion skills with the ability to think quickly and package ideas, Good Knowledge of MS office
- A qualification in Hotel / Hospitality/ Airlines Industry will be added advantage. -
Process Specific Skills :
- Lead the complete Soft services function for the designated site in accordance to the CRE guidelines.
- Represent face of Real Estate and work with key business stake holders with point of accountability for Site Operations
- Bring into practice and follow an audit process and have periodic preventive schedule to ensure industry standard housekeeping practices and systems.
- Follow a comprehensive checklists and logs to ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the facilities.
- Monitoring the housekeeping personnel, their punctuality and timeliness.
- To ensure work flow within decided policies and procedures.
- Operate within the HK materials and toiletries consumables budget.
- Ensure the contract is renewed from time to time.
- Ensure to audit all Housekeeping related Quality Reports & Logs periodically.
- Lead the team of contractors from assigned Real Estate partners and ensure upkeep of facilities and soft services
- Sourcing, integrating, structuring and over sighting multi-disciplined teams for Facility Management from Reception services, Visitor management, Logistics Management, Stores and Material Management etc.
- Take initiative to achieve operational efficiencies and optimize cost
Soft skills :
- Ability of communicate effectively with business leaders and key stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Should be able to manage a team of contractors & Vendors
- Excellent change management skills

- Post Graduate / Graduates / Diploma Holders with Experience ranging from 2 - 5 years in Facilities Management or Hotels or Hospitality or Airlines industry
