Job Description/Job Responsibilities :
- Manage team and ensure quality and productivity targets are met
- Motivate team members and control attrition
- Monitor transactions on an ongoing basis and take corrective steps where necessary or make incremental improvements
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance and do strong Performance Management towards Quality & Productivity
- Assist new hires such that they are productive on the floor in the shortest possible time frame
- Handle escalations
- Provide inputs on process and system to the team members
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards
- Be sensitive and aware of the Organizational priorities towards Change & Innovation and Cost Optimization
- Strong focus towards synchronization of Productivity and Quality and catering towards Customer Delight
- Effective handling of Process Hygiene metrics

Qualification/Desired Profile :
- 5+ years of experience in the operational role with at least 2 years in TL/AM experience
- People management experience & strong orientation towards customer service
- Highly organized and proactive; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency MS Office
