Job Description :
- Agile Coach will be integral part of Optum global agile practice. Agile Coach will work with multiple teams with varying levels of agile maturity.
- He should be able to continuously improve and promote practice in global distributed development teams.
- The Agile Coach will work daily with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, development team as well as Program Managers, Senior Leaders and others responsible for agile adoption and execution.
- Agile coach will also responsible for setting up comprehensive practice and associated documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Optum Agile Community to develop training, processes and tools suitable for distributed large agile teams.
- Train and coach engineering and product management teams in Agile/Scrum management, cultural and development practices.
- Serve as an expert on agile software principles to engineering managers, developers, quality engineers, UX engineers, software designers, and architects.
- Identify and extract process improvements that will result in measurable quality, predictability and efficiency improvements.
- Establish metrics and tools to achieve predictability and high quality of software in a fast paced, challenging, and creative environment.
- Review the project and identify gaps and area of improvement.
- Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and running interventions to coach and guide.-Coaching and mentoring other scrum masters, individuals and teams

Qualification/Qualifications/Skills :
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M. Sc (full time courses only) with 10 - 14 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of three years of Agile Coaching experience & Six Years using Agile practices to develop software solutions.
- Ten or more years of IT/business solutions experience
- Should have experience in implementing agile practice in globally distributed team.
- Certified as either a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, CSM, CSPO, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC)
- Experience introducing and leading implementations of Agile values, principles, and practices including (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP) into an organization-Deep understanding of all software life-cycle development disciplines
- Requirements Management, Analysis & Design, Quality Assurance (Testing), Implementation, Deployment, Configuration & Change Management
- Hands on experience implementing Agile technical practices (e.g. Automated testing, TDD, continuous integration)-Technical currency and vision to evaluate Agile development tools, technology and trends
- Ability to identify opportunity for improvement, able to promote culture of continues improvement.-Demonstrated experience with meeting facilitation and negotiation.
