REGIONAL COMMERCIAL MANAGER - LUXURY PORTFOLIO

- Win at the - Moment of Choice- across channels by brilliant execution of identified growth drivers

- Responsible for the luxury portfolio execution across the South - Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry & Kerala

- Brands responsible for - Johnnie Walker, Ciroc Vodka, Ketel One Vodka, Singleton, Talisker, Tanqueray Gin and many other Imported Brands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead decisions on Brand-Channel Priorities, Marketing Mix, A&P budgets & Reinvestment Strategy

- Plan & track state-wise Volume & Distribution objectives for the entire focus portfolio

- Responsible for all brand related activities at the regional level - designing and implementing image building activities to enhance brand image and consumer promotions to ensure brand visibility, awareness and recall

- Ensure best-in-class execution standards for Sales Drivers across channels

- Ideate, Execute, Track & Evaluate Brand Activations across channels (including execution of the national calendar)

- Control & Monitor Regional Budgets & Spends

- Builds relationships, engage with customers & develop insight based Category Driving solutions

- Create Customized Commercial Contracts for Key Customers driving Contribution, Volume, MS & Activation objectives

- Create Bespoke Brand Programs in the Luxury universe to maximize RoI & deliver brilliant Impact

- Work on cross category Luxury Associations to drive Brand Imagery & Exposure

- Manage New Product Launches in the International Spirits space

- Jointly responsible for planning Stock Forecasts for the region

Ideal Candidate: High Performing MBA from Tier 1 institute with minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, Trade Marketing, Business Development & Key Account Management (Execution Oriented Roles).

Functional Competencies: Strong Communication & Presentation Skills, In-depth understanding of Sales & allied processes, Negotiation, Analytical Thinking and a High level of Drive & Initiative. Multi-tasking & ability to work cross-functionally are critical skills.
