MBA from a good institute I.e. (preferably XIBM,XLRI, IIM Shillong, etc). Even executive MBA's from IIM's with good track record is preferred.
Experience in Brand Management, Marketing Research, Consumer in-sighting and/or Customer Marketing - Nielsen, TNS, HUL, P&G, ITC, Nestle, Marico, GSK, or other reputed Consulting organizations(Accenture, Delloitte) in a managerial role
- Experience in geographical diversity and mobility is added advantage
- Candidate has to bring in knowledge as well as plan/execute existing USL processes.
- People: skills have to be very high as he has to leverage the internal and external customers to deliver objective's.
- Developing and managing PoP relationship and service strategy.
- To achieve Secondary Sales
- To achieve Brandwise availability target
- To achieve administrative activities

- To achieve the best possible mileage from all the events and promotions
