- Helping in recruitment of Sales Managers and team of Advisors as per the corporate strategy e.g. HNI satisfaction and customer grievances
- To ensure and maintain levels of Team productivity as prescribed
- To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy
- To train Sales Managers and Advisors with the help of training team
- To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations
- Achievement of Sales Targets and P&L for his team
- To constantly empanel new distribution partners and keep them engaged.
- To help Area Head in Developing sales strategies for his Area & Drives key initiatives in the region through his team of Front line Sales
- Identifies opportunities and manages them in a favourable manner.
- Responsible for monitoring and develop his sales team for selling / larger responsibilities
- Liaisons with Marketing teams and Sales Manager in rolling out promotional plans and product launches.
- Align with the set goals and objectives set forth by the Management
- To coordinate with inter departments for smooth functioning for ensuring smooth functioning of his department
- Helping Area Head to Monitor and report on competition activity

- Industries: Corporate sales and real estate experience is must.
- Mandatory: Should have handled a team.
