About the Job:


- The Unit Manager - Outbound Sales plays a pivotal role in coordinating closely with various stakeholders such as the Customer Experience Center (CEC) Team, product teams, and cross-sell teams to drive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) effectively. The primary focus of this role is to achieve cross-sell targets, manage Profit & Loss (P&L) for the designated vertical, enhance product holding of the customer base, and streamline call-center operations through data analysis and technological advancements.


- Drive SOP Implementation in Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with the CEC Team, product teams, and cross-sell teams to ensure the effective implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the outbound sales unit.


- Establish clear communication channels and workflows to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.


- Achieve Cross-Sell Targets: Develop and execute strategies to achieve cross-sell targets for various products and services offered by the organization. Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base and design targeted campaigns to promote additional products.


- Manage P&L for the Vertical: Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for the designated vertical within the outbound sales unit. Monitor revenue generation, cost management, and profitability metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.


- Enhance Product Holding of the Assigned Customer Base: Analyze customer profiles and behavior to identify opportunities for increasing product holding and wallet share. Implement initiatives to promote additional products and services to the existing customer base, thereby maximizing revenue potential.


- Collect and Analyze Call-Center Statistics: Gather data on call-center performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.


- Close Coordination with Technology Team for Automation: Work closely with the technology team to automate various campaigns and triggers within the outbound sales unit. Leverage technology solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
