Qualification : MBA or MBA equivalent from a premium college. Preferred candidate would possess Six Sigma / PMP / Lean Management qualification

Job Description :

- Create an acquisition - inbound sales team that is a source of delivering Service and Revenue Excellence

- Oversees sales targets and delivery of set revenue targets

- Responsible of selling entire gamut of banking products through Sales specialists

- Deliver / Achieve plan numbers across several product lines

- Establish and develop sales opportunities

- Accountable for Sales performance / productivity calculation of the sales team along with their career progression and cross product training

- Ensure maximum penetration of the desired customer segments in key customer touch points

- Test and execute alternative, innovative models for acquisition to establish scalable and sustainable alternate channels
