Job Description
Business Partnering:
- Leading the Factory business agenda and contributing HR perspective in the decision making process by Factory Leadership Team.
- Ensure effective deployment and adherence to Company Policies.
Employee Engagements:
- Analyze needs of the Business and frame & execute Business Linked Employee Engagements.
- Drive employee family linked engagements like family day, etc.
Employee Services & Welfare
Statutory Compliance
TPM & Safety
- Employee Relations:
- Proactive management of grievances and those reported within stipulated time and with right approach.
- Constantly engage with Worker Representatives to create an environment conducive to meet the Business
Agenda.
- Wage Agreements: Enable collective bargaining process through mutual gains approach.
PDP & Employee Capability Building
- Ensure good quality and timely administration of Performance Development Program for employees.
