- Taking care of HR/Industrial Relation / Employee Relation /Welfare
- Responsible for IR matters.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by the workers.
- Partner actively with business heads and their one/two downs to understand ongoing IR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters.
- Liasioning with govt. departments.
- Labour Management/ Dealing with UNIONS
- Maintaining & Updating all statutory compliances.
- Submission of all statutory returns.
- All Govt. Inspection and Audit.
- Update & Maintain various HR Policy & Practices.
- Handling statutory compliances (ESIC/PF).
- Prepare monthly challan of ESIC and PF.
- Prepare Yearly Return of Contribution of PF and Half Yearly Return of Contribution of ESIC.
- Dealing with other legal activities and contact with legal adviser.
- Manage attendance, leaves, absenteeism of company staff.
- Maintained the records of Joined, Resigned & Attrited Employees.
- Do Full & Final settlement of resigned employees.
- Managing, planning and review of corporate HR policies and processes relating to recruitment & selection, retention, employee development and performance management.
- Defining plans, policies and strategies for greater operational effectiveness and manpower deployment.
- Taking care of Overall HR Activities inducing IR
- Well versed with Marathi and good communication (English & Hindi)
