Our client, a leading Global Organisation is looking to Hire a Plant HR Head to head one of the fastest growing plants (40,000 employees+)

Description:

- We are seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to serve as the Head of Human Resources for a Unit with an employee span of 14,000+ employees. The Unit HR Head shall build the foundation for a world-class, future-focused workforce.

- The person will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent and establishing innovative HR practices that propel the business vision forward

- Responsible for driving the business from a people perspective, identifying ways to align talent to organisational milestones and co-create value for the stakeholder ecosystem

- Responsible for building a culture of data and insights driven decision making

Profile:

- 25+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within the HR function, preferably in a greenfield or high-growth environment

- MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute is a must have

- Extensive knowledge of HR and IR practices across talent acquisition, talent management, industrial relations, and HR administration

- Strong business acumen and understanding of technology and manufacturing industries

- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
