Head of Unit (Long Products)

An upcoming unit down south.

Primarily:

- A bachelor of Engineering with (Preferably specialized in Mechanical )

- At least 18 years of work exposure & out of which last 7 years as Head of Unit.

Preferably:

- Post Graduate in Management

Indicative Area OF Responsibility :

- High mill availability coupled with high productivity and high yields.

- Meeting the need of low maintenance.

- Meeting the need of lower energy consumption.

- Close dimensional tolerances of wire rods in the range of +/- 0.10 mm and ovality in the range of around 0.2 mm.

- Low-scale loss in wire rods of around 0.5 % to 0.6 %.

- Negative tolerances (In sectional weight).

- No variation in dimensions throughout the length of the rod.

- Uniform physical properties.

- Uniform weight with nominal variation between the middle and back end.

- Excellent people Management Skill
