- Role holder will be responsible for driving top line for the Unit with various clinical engagement programs, planning & strategy, acquiring clinical talents
- Responsible for adding newer specialties in target markets
- Empanelment of TPAs, Direct Corporates & channel partners for increased revenues
- Responsible for handling corporates and complete day-to-day sales & marketing operations
- Responsible for referral doctor engagement for strengthening their contribution
- Providing product training to sales folks for driving better results
- Identifying potential Doctors in market and associate for adding value to current business
- To ensure contracts and agreements are active
- Address challenges from time to time on delay in recoveries and disallowances by meeting appropriate authorities in TPA and Insurance companies
- Rationalizing discounts offered to TPAs and Corporates for better revenue yield
