Job Title: Unit Head  Location: Jaipur  Reporting To: COO, Rajasthan  Preferred Education: Preferably MBA  Preferred Experience/ Age Range: 10-12 Years  Position Purpose: Lead the Unit to manage and grow business in value and volume terms.  Key Responsibilities:  - Ideally from a Marketing, Ad Sales background leading a team of Marketing / Sales professionals.  - Managing & driving Sales revenue of around 80-100 Crore.  - Relationship management with key stakeholders/Agencies/Clients and channels for business development  - Business planning & strategy formation with Innovation and its implementation.  - Team Management (guide, motivate & mentor them )  - Launching / introducing new products as a part of diversification marketing development effort  - Generating revenue & volume for the group through maximum utilization of the brands  - Ensuring optimum market penetration and achievement of targeted collection  - Generating Sales through (Mapping Clients, Identifying USPs, Building and making a compelling pitch, negotiations / closure & servicing)  - Business Development / Negotiations / Relationship Management, PR Coordination with Media   Agencies & Client (Brand, Product & MARCOM) to ensure sales:  - Channel expansion & engagement  - Innovative supplements & features on special occasions  Key Requirements:  - Good influencing & coordination skills  - Comfortable with travelling   - High Integrity  - Able to handle pressure  - Team player   - Out of the box thinker with high Creativity  Other Requirement:  - Should essentially be a competent team leader with a proven track record of leading team or Unit consistently for at least four years  - Should have an ability to lead and provide solution to cross function like - SMD, Finance, HR & Production
