QUALIFICATIONS Btech Degre/PG Diploma

RESPONSIBILITY/ KEY DELIVERABLE

- Daily review with the team to track the status of production, availability of RM, manpower availability, to check for deviations and to provide necessary assistance to resolve the issues, if any

- To review & provide technical support to operations team for productivity enhancement, de-bottlenecking and improving KPIs

- Monitoring quarterly / yearly business plan and execution of the same

- Monitoring daily / monthly production targets and execution

- Monitoring breakdown trend and plan for development / up gradations for repetitive failures of machine

- Monitor cycle time for the operation of all critical machines and plan for up gradations

- To review and monitor effective utilization of manpower resources

- Periodic review with P&A to ensure congenial work environment

- Conduct regular meetings on productivity monitoring, maintenance and quality related issues
