Unit Head - Production/Engineering & Projects - FMCG

Qualifications : Engineer (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Production Engineering)

- Leading Production, Engineering & Projects at the plant to ensure that production targets are achieved within budget, quality, cost, safety and hygiene standards

- Recommending/undertaking initiatives on plant expansions, productivity and efficiency improvements and cost reduction.

- Ensuring compliance to applicable statutory compliance at all stages of operations.

- This position will manage the Production and Engineering & Projects in the plant.

- This position also manages the interface between various functions in the plant.

- Person is responsible for the smooth running of the plant, by generating maximum efficiencies and also responsible for the relations with various government agencies and with that of the neighboring society.
