Responsibilities:

- Liase with stakeholders to prepare the Budget for the Bank

- Monitoring the performance on a monthly basis against budgets and provide analysis of performance and variances to the budget. Provide advance information based on performance trends.

- Peer benchmark with other Banks and identify the opportunity available for the Bank.

- To collate/ validate/ provide overall Bank wise analysis i.e. (IVBL’s) performance w.r.t. Budges and actuals on a monthly basis against prior period actuals, budgets and forecasts, thus helping the Senior Management to take necessary and corrective actions.

- Review MIS reports and provide executive summary to Senior management which articulates the performance metrics for necessary management action.

- Perform analysis of the quarterly financials for the Board.

- Provide such ad-hoc MIS information and analysis as may be required from time to time

- Provide necessary MIS to RBI for the their Risk Based Supervision.

- Understanding of IFRS will be an added advantage.

- Liasing with Auditors for year end audit.

- Provide monthly business performance - both direct costs and allocation of other expenses to the Business departments/ Board/ Senior Management.

- Perform analysis of Segment Performance to provide management with necessary insights for necessary action.

- Review Segment Financial results as required by RBI for the quarterly and annual disclosure along with Financial statements.

- Identify cost overruns and advise business functions on measures to reduce overheads and operating costs

Essentials:

- 8-14 years of Experience

- Must be qualified CA/ MBA (Finance) from Premier B-School
