Unit Head - Human Resources - Hospitals

We are hiring #Unit_Head_HumanResources for a renowned Multispecialty chain of Hospitals for West Bengal Location.

BI Executive Search is looking for an experienced HR professionals from Hospitals only who can lead the end-to-end experience of employees from onboarding to exit.

- Incumbent should be MBA / PGD in Human Resources or Industrial Relations with Minimum 12 years of experience in managing NABH accredited tertiary care Hospital ( #hospitals HR only) and must have expertise in Labour Laws.

Age Limit - 40 Years

- Candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills and should be able to define and cascade best-in-industry HR policies

- Manage end-to-end performance review process for all employees

- Manage end-to-end performance review process for all employees, including sales drive reward and recognition programs in line with business goals.
