Description

Your responsibilities would include the following:

- Responsible for delivering the best quality of patient care

- Ensure hospital's strategic direction is communicated to concerned stakeholders, directs focused activities and is supported by the Management Team and Board

- Setting and following standards for operational excellence to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of human, material and financial resources in the organisation

- Oversee daily operations of the hospital

- Implement clinical procedures and policies

- Safeguard required compliance with concerned bodies

- Develop collaborative relationships, partnerships and system integration with appropriate agencies and organisations within the community

- Deliver strong financial performance on both revenue metrics as well as on profitability through cost optimisation and better asset utilisation

- Direct, supervise and evaluate the activities of nursing, administrative and para medical personnel of the Hospital

Profile

You should come with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in working with a hospital in a leadership role. Furthermore, someone who is strong in people management skills, effective communication, ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders. We are looking for candidate who has shown his skills in working with ambiguity.
