Job Responsibilities:

1. Probation Review of New joinees in the organization.

2. Designing, calculation and implementation of Increment, bonus and promotion policy.

3. Responsible for Special Projects - Compensation Benchmarking Exercise, Job Evaluation Exercise, Exit Interview Analysis etc.

4. Designing and managing Rewards & Recognition programme for employees in line with organisation goal and retention policy.

5. Maintaining various MIS and training the team on the same.

6. Responsible for other HR related activities like training MIS and coordiantion, Automation of HR processes, employee engagement initiatives etc.
