1. Separating RB and BB/ISB/RBG strategy teams- Since RB is more portfolio driven and analytics driven we need to be more location oriented and continue to improve 2 Matrices
A. City wise scoring
B. Collection Distribution Strength
BB is more of account driven where nuances of AL/WL/SMA-1/2 account management couple with strong regulatory understanding is perquisite.
The data management need to be beefed up and MIS made standard for collections to be updated. Critical as this business would grow to become a mainstay for P&L grouping of RB business.
2. Introduction of Product Collection Strategy Team for having location level focus.
Ideally following would be key deliverable of the team and they would be SPOC for each NCH /NCM for respective teams:
A. Bounce Analysis(Tracking and ensuring technical bounce reduces would be critical)
B. City wise scoring for increasing productivity across location
C. Collection Distribution Strength
D. Creating a 2/2 matrix encapsulating which location needs focus in terms of collection efficiency
E. Benchmarking in terms of slippage /Upgrades /Recovery against budget.
F. Cost benchmarking
G. Understanding and taking feedbacks on swing accounts.
3. Collection Analytics and scorecard - With development of collection analytics a key need for the bank it is important we start taking steps for developing it. Data is power and the following would be key deliverable for the unit:
