Unit Head - Cement Integrated Plant

1. Develop plant budgets & targets in alignment with plant budget & target.

2. Ensure availability according to targets

3. Oversee management of all plant functions (from quarry to dispatch) : production, maintenance, power plant, mining, quality, human resources, local procurement, industrial relation, finance, environmental performance, administration & civil relations (including township)

4. Handle exigencies, escalate to HO if availability is affected

5. Ensure appropriate support & expertise in coordination with Regional sales head and CSS head

6. Ensure rollout of unit wide improvement initiatives

7. Ensure continuous improvement of performance and cost reduction in plant

8. Manage interactions with government officials, unions, statutory authorities, railway DRM and other relevant stakeholders

9. Lead in sharing best practices with other plants e.g. in regional Exco meetings and manufacturing portal

10. Coordinate with logistics both for inbound and outbound operations
