Grade- Sr. Manager/ AVP

Location :BN Block, Sector-V, Salt lake City, Kolkata-700091

- Should have the knowledge of account opening process, modification process and loan account opening

- Should have the knowledge of KYC

- Will be responsible to Supervise the team's performance, productivity and training as per job requirement

- Will be responsible to conduct the checking & rectification for the customer database related points

- Will be responsible for all the communication with Banks Internal Audit (IAD) Team

- Will be responsible for timely revert of Audit Observations

- Will be responsible for the timely revert of observations raised by other assurance departments, such as Compliance, Risk etc.

- Will be required to maintain discipline as per the Bank defined code of conduct.

- Will be required to perform multi-task and have a positive attitude towards the tasks assigned from Supervisors.

- Will be required to have a good knowledge of Excel, word and PPT.

- Will be responsible for preparing various MIS for the Senior Management

- Will be required to do internal review of the desk which to be handled

- Should recommend suitable process change

- Should have the interest to learn day to day changes and update own self
