Experience: Minimum 4 years in similar role (pharma industry)

Qualifications:

- B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/MBA

- Proven experience in pharmaceutical product management, with a successful track record of bringing products to market.

- In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Role :

- Support seniors in generating data for a market analysis for targeted & existing brands

- Support seniors to compile internal available data for a market analysis for targeted & existing brands

- Review & analyze relevant data to explore/ identify potential market segments & new frontiers

- Share projected plans with seniors for review and approvals

- To design & develop brand plans to recommend finalized products

- Create compatible promotional strategies to support approved brand plans

- Scientifically align tools (including but not limited to literature, brochures, clinical inputs, and communications) by aptly utilizing resources like Studio, outside agencies, consultants, and vendors.

- Designing effective reporting & feedback mechanisms to receive desired timely input for the development of the targeted brands.

- Field working to continuously monitor implementation levels of shared marketing programs in the field

- Regular interaction with field employees to develop and maintain desired KOLs for developing the brand image through regular visits connects and effective communication

- Scientific analysis of information received from available sources (including but not limited to sales figures, strategy implementation records, recent market developments, core customer feedback & competitor analysis) to aid effective decision making

- Periodic review of the effectiveness of strategies, and tools implemented for brand development and promotions.

- Training of sales force for implementation of promotional strategy, USPs, etc.

- Ensuring the support training manager receives regular feedback for the training effectiveness
