Investment Management:  Continuous tracking of sector related developments in Regulatory framework and Business environment and provide key inputs to Investment team  Assist in identifying potential growth opportunities such as bids and acquisitions;  Evaluate attractiveness of growth opportunities to assess the viability and feasibility of growth opportunities including detailed risk assessment;  Conduct detailed due diligence for all growth opportunities;  Maintain relationships with potential partners i.e. equity investors, EPC Contractors, O&M Contractors, Technical Consultants, for various projects;  Assist in term sheets with partners;  Coordinate the legal documentation and execution of agreements  Prepare internal approval proposals for all growth opportunities.  Design and provide MIS reports as appropriate  Portfolio Management:  Continuous monitoring of the performance of all investee companies to ensure realization of desired returns;  Assistance to negotiate and finalize term sheets, definitive documents for raising funds for investee companies  Ensure appropriate project management systems and practices to enable timely completion of surveys and due diligence  Stakeholder Management :  Maintain healthy relationships with Govt. departments, Developers, EPC Contractors, O&M Contractors, Technical Consultants, Legal Advisors, Financial Advisors, etc.  Business Planning:  Assist the Investments team in finalization of yearly and quarterly business plans for the Group
