The social media specialist is an exciting role that works with numerous organizations at Uniphore in amplifying company news, industry insights, thought leadership and more.

In working with the Senior manager of digital and social media you will manage the social media accounts for Uniphore. This will include writing content, creating social graphics and micro clips, curating content for internal employees to amplify, and scheduling content in our publishing tool.

Responsibilities:

- Craft and schedule content for Uniphore's social media accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

- Create social graphics to amplify blog posts and earned media articles.

- Curate content for employees to amplify via their personal social profiles.


Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of social media marketing experience including managing B2B social media accounts. Preferably someone with experience in the SaaS space.

- Excellent copywriter and storyteller who can turn a blog post, press release, or article into multiple social posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Experience in using Sprout Social to publish and monitor social accounts and analyze industry trends and report content and campaign performance.

- Have good design skills and leverage brand guidelines to produce social graphics and videos to amplify blog posts and announcements.

- Understands the importance of a personal brand to a company and how to leverage it for social selling.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, be pro-active, ask for help and be creative.

Preferred:

- Managed paid social media campaigns.

- Familiar with Google Analytics and the ability to create campaign reports.

- Experience in building online communities.

- Comfortable being on camera.

- Previous podcast recording experience.

- Experience in training employees on social media best practices.
