Job Overview

As an experienced and dedicated Delivery Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of Engineers and Project Leaders to deliver high quality projects on time by optimizing Cost of the Project.

To be effective in this role, you must be strong technically, with high organizational skills, good business understanding, and persuasive communication skills.

Delivery Head Job Roles and Responsibilities -

- Responsible for Delivery, Quality and Cost of the Project.

- Ability to understand complex Aerospace drawing and interpretation.

- Ensures high quality, on-time delivery and reduced cost by applying strong skills in manufacturing, inspection and trouble-shooting.

- Involves strong understanding of engineering fabrication, machining, sheet metal, and other secondary processes.

- Has ability to simplify complex drawing and put it down into simple process for the team to understand.

- Needs to be an influential leader with systematic approach and have strong team management skills.

- Should have experience executing 100+ Projects with full ownership.

- Should have worked in Aerospace manufacturing environment

- A leader who leads along with the team with clear organizational and customer focus.

- Strong entrepreneurial skills and understands business and helps accelerate the growth.

- Help foster a high-performance team.

- Has experience building teams from recruitment to employee engagement to create high degree of productive and motivated employees.

- Fosters an environment of trust & innovation.

Delivery Head Technical Skills and Qualifications

- BE-B. Tech Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Equivalent,

MBA preferred.

- Over 10+ years of experience in manufacturing space with proven technical leadership, operations and business skills.

- Aerospace background preferred.

- Strong knowledge in aerospace drawing reading and interpretation.

- Should be very strong in manufacturing, inspection and trouble shooting.

- Specialist skill in engineering fabrication, machining, sheet metal, and other secondary processes.

- Specialist skill in process planning of small to big machining and fabrication projects.

- Good Interpersonal Skills / Soft Skill.

Delivery Head Behavioural Skills and Qualifications

- Highly accountable candidate with no follow-up culture.

- Customer focused leader.

- Should be able to simplify the complex manufacturing environment and document them to have right control on manufacturing processes.

- Should be a leader with systematic approach and have strong team governance approach.
