Key Responsibilities:
- Refine the student journey on Unilodgers platform (Web and App) - discovery to decision to booking to post booking engagement
- Work closely with Business (Account Managers) and Marketing Team to optimize the onboarding funnel and improve student experience
- Manage the day-to-day tasks for our engineering team, providing feedback in real-time and providing adjustments and edits
- Monitor the user analytics and conduct user research to develop and refine the Unilodgers product roadmap
- A/B testing and optimizing features and experiences on unilodgers.com and Unilodgers Mobile App
- Support site search optimization, external search engine optimization, and paid search marketing
- Work on other communication channels like Email, SMS, Chatbot, Web and App Notifications
- Facilitate partner integrations (Example - Student Communities) to get high number and high quality of student leads
Qualification:
- 2+ years of experience in a Product Manager role or similar
- Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Visualization tool etc.
- Experience working directly with engineering and design teams
- General working knowledge of web/coding languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) and design principles (Photoshop, UI/UX)
- Experience working on mobile optimized pages and mobile apps
