Key Responsibilities-
- Refine the internal processes around listing of property and engaging with them for updated availability, pricing, offers, settlement, reconciliation, etc.
- Work closely with Sales (Booking Managers) Team to optimize the Onboarding and Post Onboarding journey of Property Owners
- Manage the day-to-day tasks for our engineering team, providing feedback in real-time and providing adjustments and edits
- Understand the optimize the internal processes for higher efficiency of Unilodgers Operations, Sales and Customer Care Teams
- Evaluate and Integrate third-party tools for CRM, Communication, Process Mapping, etc.
- Conduct User Training Sessions to ensure that the teams are abiding by the processes
- Build Dashboards and APIs for Property Owners for a better experience and deeper integrations
- Facilitate partner integrations (Example - Property Maintenance Partners) to get a high number and high quality of properties
Qualification :
- 2+ years of experience in a Product Manager role or similar
- Experience writing user stories in support of the Agile development process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent project-management skills and attention to detail
- Eperience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce or Internal tools
