ABOUT UNIKUPID:

UniKupid App is a rapidly growing Dating App and has already won the BootStrap Track of FbStart - Facebook's Global Start- up Program. We are an early stage start- up with ambitious plans to make a dent in the Dating space in India. We are not competing with existing stereotypes but want to re- define how singles discover each other in India and globally. We are building a product from the ground-- up with laser-focus on what users love.

UniKupid's Founder is a young serial entrepreneur and a graduate from HEC Paris - France. The Founder has previously built businesses across USA, Europe and India and won Entrepreneurship awards in Europe. A global- approach is in our DNA and we believe in creating products that users love.

Role Description :

We are looking for an expert native iOS & android mobile application developer who also has experience in backend development. We will give you a substantial % of Sweat-Equity in the company. You will be working alongside with the Founder and also be involved in planning and implementing the long- -term tech architecture of the App.

We can offer you :

- a substantial % of Sweat-Equity in the company if you join us immediately

- cash amount of Rs. 15,000 per month for your basic expenses

- There will be no salary until we have raised capital from VC's. Once we have raised VC funding, which should be done in the next 3 - 6 months, we can pay you a market-- competitive salary. Detailed terms will be discussed and negotiable once you have been shortlisted.

- The App is currently in beta stage and needs specific iterations. The App is perfectly poised for scaling rapidly in India within the next 3 to 6 months.

The scope of work includes the following :

- Perform as lead developer for our existing android & iOS App

- Write clean high-quality codes and implement all new product iterations, features, UI/UX re-design and changes to our existing App and backend server

- Bug fixes

- Backend server development

We use a solid modern development stack - node.js on the server with a REST Api and native mobile clients.

Experience required :

- Expert in native iOS & android application development

- Solid Computer Science (algorithms, data structures) foundation

- Excellent Objective C / Swift skills

- Xcode, Cocoa Touch, Git

- Android Studio, Gradle, Butterknife, Material design

- Backend development with experience in node.js, mongodb, Nginx, Redis

- Experience with realtime chat using socket.io

- Experience in UI/UX mobile design
