Unifocus - Product Owner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and strategic Product Owner with 5-8 years of experience to lead the vision and execution of our digital products. This role is based out of our Gurgaon office and offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Own and manage the product backlog; prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and user impact.

- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features.

- Translate product requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product decisions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related decisions during the development lifecycle.

- Ensure alignment between the product vision and the companys strategic objectives.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in product ownership or product management in a tech-driven environment.

- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX, customer journeys, and digital product development.

- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
