- Unifi Foundation: Unifi Foundation is committed to various community development activities, healthcare programs, cultural and sports events, environmental preservation initiatives, vocational training, children's educational activities, and the promotion of social entrepreneurship.


- The foundation aims to evaluate and aid the healthcare requirements of marginalized communities and vulnerable members of society.

Job Summary:


- We are seeking an experienced social worker to be our Program Head.


- The program head would lead our long-term healthcare financial assistance program aimed at providing critical medical support to underprivileged individuals.


- This program ensures funds are disbursed through partner hospitals to under privileged individuals needing acute or emergency health care.


- The program head will be responsible for planning, operational management, stakeholder engagement, and long-term program scalability while ensuring measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the program.

- Effectively discuss proposals with doctors and medical experts.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the division, manage team, ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and funding requirements.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, government agencies, NGOs, and funding partners.

- Design and continually refine processes for application intake, eligibility screening, and fund disbursement.

- Ensure the program leverages technology for efficient operations, including digital platforms for tracking applications and disbursements.

- Manage the program's annual budget, ensuring judicious allocation of funds.

- Establish robust fund disbursement mechanisms, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Ensure a smooth transition from hospital to community, maintaining connections with patients, the community, and health services through follow-ups and various support methods.

- Implement systems to monitor program performance, beneficiary impact, and hospital compliance.

- Lead the preparation of regular reports for stakeholders, including funders, board members, and regulatory bodies.

- Conduct periodic audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Abilities:

- Acumen in healthcare policies and regulations.

- Passion for creating social impact and a deep understanding of the healthcare needs of marginalized communities.

- Strong communication and Negotiation skills.

- Budget management skills with the ability to optimize resource allocation.

- Excellent project management skills with a successful track record of implementing projects.

- Demonstrated commitment to community welfare and stakeholder engagement.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving and handling unforeseen challenges.

- Familiarity with digital health tools, data management systems, and CRM platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in social work, public health, healthcare management, social sciences, business administration, or a related field.

- Medical degree with experienced in community health

- Preferred experience: 20 years and above in social work.
