JD- Senior Operations Leader: Process/KAM team
Responsibilities:
Being a part of the Operations leadership team, where we are hiring for the below:
- Leading clients portfolio and revenue
- Forming and leading scalable business processes and new initiatives
- Leading a large team of smart and driven individuals and set up best in class practices as per SAAS industry, for the company
- Form and manage metrics that lead to client retention and growth
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Product management, Tech team, Sales, and other central teams in a SAAS organization
- Work very closely with the company leadership and the strategy team to plan future deliverables and scale business
- Teach and inculcate a Customer centric Approach in team to understand customer pain points resulting in lower client churn
Skills and Requirements:
- From Premier or Tier 1 Engg/MBA college with 7-10 years experience
- Have at least 4-5 years of experience of people management and growing teams
- Relationships with customers especially at the Key decision maker levels
- Have a firm grasp of technology and the ability to learn details of a product to help to troubleshoot and creatively solve problems.
- The candidate should have demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to estimate, plan and effectively execute and control projects to deliver agreed upon scope on time within budget
- Prior Tech Development experience or product management experience for any duration would be preferred
- Working in a consulting firm/SaaS firm/Startup or being an ex-entrepreneur is preferred
