JD - Key Accounts Operations Leader
(Non Sales, Only Retention/customer Success)
Responsibilities :
- Be a part of the Key Accounts leadership team, to lead a business vertical wise clients. portfolio with Churn and Revenue.
- Lead a large team of smart and driven individuals and set up best in class practices. for the company.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Product management, Tech team, Sales, and other central teams.
- Work very closely with the company leadership and the strategy team to plan future deliverables and scale business.
- Teach and inculcate a Customer centric Approach in team to understand customer pain points.
- Lead Business processes and new initiatives
Skills and Requirements.
- Must be from Premier or Tier 1 Engg/MBA college with 10+ years experience.
- Should have managed revenue portfolios or Categories in previous organizations.
- Should have managed large teams.
- Having worked in a consulting firm/SaaS firm/Startup or being an ex-entrepreneur is an add on.
- Should have a strong Understanding of Ecommerce and Supply Chain industry.
- Should have Prior Tech Development experience or product management experience for any duration. Being Comfortable with Technology is critical.
- Should have demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the Key decision maker levels, in previous roles.
- Should have a customer focused mindset, and should be able to drive a team towards efficiency and customer satisfaction.
