Marketing Head
- We are looking for a proven B2B enterprise software & SaaS marketing leader who excels at planning and executing integrated marketing programs.
- This leader will guide a team of marketers in developing integrated campaigns across a range of products and diverse markets that drive thought leadership, customer engagement, and demand.
- These integrated initiatives will leverage the full marketing mix and are aimed at improving brand equity and multi-touch sales cycles.
- Key is a focus on long-range planning and execution and proven expertise in brand management, demand generation, communications, and content marketing aimed at establishing and extending market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and lead the brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market across verticals, products, and geographies.
2. Build incredible global visibility & presence across the eCommerce and retail sector & product space.
3. Oversee the development and execution of account-based marketing strategies and models and stay well-informed of marketing trends and best practices for potential leverage.
4. Provide planning and leadership to the marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies, and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the marketing plan.
5. Collaboratively build demand models and determine the number of MQLs and SQLs that need to be delivered by marketing to ensure the required pipeline coverage for sales success in each quarter
6. Track, measure, analyze and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns and their impact on the pipeline, making recommendations for future programs
The successful applicant will be:
- The ideal candidate would have had 12+ years of overall experience with similar experience in a leadership role for last 4 years, worked in a digital-first marketing role, managed a team of 8-10, and is seasoned in Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, Ads, Branding.
- Someone who has scaled the marketing function through the growth stage of any B2B SaaS organization.
- Experience in managing teams focused on different functions of Marketing.
- Wide breadth and depth of experience in organic, performance, and product marketing.
- Expert-level knowledge & hands-on experience in the use of marketing automation & data systems.
- An analytical approach to solving complex problems with a sharp eye on ROI and creative flair.
- Willing and eager to roll up your sleeves to step in for your team, if needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with working in cross-functional environments and distributed team setups.
- Familiarity with both domestic and international SEO and PPC campaigns.
