Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop strategic initiatives and corporate plan with senior stakeholders including Strategic planning.
- Develop and manage client relationships with top decision makers, leading presentations/proposals and business development plans
- Develop solutions, assets by identifying new opportunities, knowledge base, and capabilities of the organization by building agile teams
- Create and launch client training programs, implement new programs to enhance experience of both external and internal clients
- Provide day-to-day management, guidance, and oversight to pre-sales, client onboarding, and support teams
- Identify metrics and establish systems and processes in the organization to track and assess results, by designing and implementing scalable and repeatable processes
Skills and experience required:
- Experienced in working with C-level executives across clients and within the organization
- Lead by example by motivating and inspiring team members; the ability to build successful teams for critical initiatives
- Strong decision making, leadership, presentation, and analytical skills
