About The Role
It would be a mix of Program Management and Analytics. You will be working with senior management and perform data-driven analytics for generating business insights. You would be undertaking new initiatives for different automation projects. You would also be responsible for extracting and working on huge chunks of data to develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analysis to support decision-making. Identify trends and recommend solutions or processes to increase business effectiveness. Python, SQL, Excel, Redash will be your go-to applications for performing in this role.
About Team:
Our team identifies and drives critical projects and strategic initiatives to support revenue growth while supporting the operational cadence to surface business insights. This team act as a key partner to the business delivering against four core themes: 1) Core business operations (e.g. planning, metrics, and rhythm of business), 2) Strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve efficiency 3) Organizational enablement through analytics, process improvements and tools and 4) Identifying and research on new business opportunities including international expansion
Key Responsibilities
- Work with core business team members to streamline business and operation processes & define required product features for new/existing analytics initiatives
- Complete ownership of the delivery of new/existing requirements by working alongside tech, product and operation teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key business and operation metrics
- Constant performance monitoring and project revisions basis outputs
- Apply advanced knowledge of data mining and extraction, text mining to build various dashboards and reports
-Work with cross-functional internal teams for timely deliverables
Requirements :
- 2-3 yrs. of professional work experience preferable in management consulting/ high growth startups in Internet/FinTech domain
-Tier 1 college undergraduate degree
-2+ year of experience in SQL and Python/ R
- Experience in modern Business Intelligence/ Data visualisation tool like ReDash / Tableau will be a plus
- Experience in Scripting, Data Extraction and Data Manipulation in Python/R
- Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about business problems and come up with solutions
- Excellent written, communication, research and analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work with unstructured business problems
