Uni Club - Sales Trainer - UniCards

- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions

- Training New hires in sales department and also providing On-Job training

- Train employees in soft skills/ communication skills

- Design effective training programs

- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.

- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.

- Support and mentor new employees

- Measures/ assesses training program effectiveness time to time and make requisite changes in theexisting training programme.

- Keep attendance and other records

- Performance improvement program (for low performers)

- Manage training budgets

- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

- Monitor employee performance and response to training
