Program Manager :

- Monitor daily / weekly demand funnel and drive improvements cross-functionally to improve funnel shape

- Identify new initiatives for growth

- Program manage growth initiatives cross-functionally and set up experimentation and tracking

- Conduct consumer research to improve experimentation through market insights

- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities

- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI

- Create granular bottom up plans basis experiments and initiatives and ensure adherence across functions.

- Strong analytical and structured problem solving

- Experience in high level of ownership

- Comfort with ambiguity; strong test and learn bias; ready to get hands dirty

- Ability to engage and influence people cross functionally
